At Ayuvan, we value customer satisfaction and ensure that all our herbal powders and Ayurvedic products are delivered with the highest standards of quality and safety. As our products are consumables, we maintain a clear policy for refunds and returns, outlined below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can only be returned if the pack is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Opened, used, or tampered packs cannot be returned or refunded for safety and hygiene reasons.
2. Refund Policy
- If a return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5β7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you received the product under a promotional discount, the refund will reflect the discounted amount paid.
3. Replacement Policy
We provide free replacement of the product in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product received in a damaged condition (with proof submitted within 24 hours).
- Manufacturing defect or quality issue (subject to inspection).
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used products.
- Products returned without original packaging or invoice.
- Items purchased under clearance or final sale.

- Please share your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged/incorrect).
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
