Refund & Returns Policy

At Ayuvan, we value customer satisfaction and ensure that all our herbal powders and Ayurvedic products are delivered with the highest standards of quality and safety. As our products are consumables, we maintain a clear policy for refunds and returns, outlined below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products can only be returned if the pack is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Opened, used, or tampered packs cannot be returned or refunded for safety and hygiene reasons.

2. Refund Policy

If a return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you received the product under a promotional discount, the refund will reflect the discounted amount paid.

3. Replacement Policy

We provide free replacement of the product in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered.
Product received in a damaged condition (with proof submitted within 24 hours).
Manufacturing defect or quality issue (subject to inspection).

4. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or partially used products.
Products returned without original packaging or invoice.
Items purchased under clearance or final sale.

5. Return Process

Please share your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged/incorrect).
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
